Beef Packages

  • Quarter beef orders are cut and packaged with a pre-selected mix of premium cuts and ground beef.

  • Half and Whole buyers can have their packages custom cut and wrapped to their specifications.

  • Beef orders come flash frozen, vacuumed sealed, and labeled.

We harvest in the winter, and currently we DO NOT ship our beef.

Orders can be delivered within 30 miles of our farm in Montrose, Colorado.

Orders outside this area may be picked up at oucentral meeting location within the Greater Austin, Texas area (TBD).
